AGREEMENT THAT YOU ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All
products sold by DeVille Cycles are intended for off-road exhibition/show
use only.
HOW TO ORDER - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal
through online ordering.
All
orders are shipped pre-paid. We do not accept COD orders. We do not accept
email orders. Do not send cash.
The average online order
takes 2-3 business days to process after we receive payment. You should
receive your shipment within 7-10 business days. (Please keep in mind that
the carrier determines actual shipping time.) Orders paid by check or US
Postal money order will ship upon receipt and verification of payment.
SALES TAX - PA residents must add 6% sales tax.

SHIPPING
– DeVille Cycles ships worldwide. Most orders are shipped USPS
Priority Mail, an average 2-3 day service to most domestic destinations,
and require signature confirmation upon delivery. For your
protection, credit card orders will only be sent to the cardholder’s
address on the credit card statement. DeVille Cycles is not responsible for
shipping damage. All claims for shipping damage or loss are to be made by
the customer to the delivery service. Orders shipped outside the US will
take substantially longer transit time, and customs duties/fees/taxes are
the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
- EMAIL FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT SHIP RETURNS TO THE SLATINGTON, PA
OR CATASAUQUA, PA ADDRESS. Merchandise must be in saleable condition, in the original unopened
package. Returns will be refunded/credited for the merchandise amount
only, not shipping charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
Returns will be refunded/credited within 14 business days of receiving the
return. Returns shipped COD are not accepted. Customer is responsible
for merchandise damaged as a result of improper packaging.
If you received the wrong
item (different from what was ordered), please call or email, so we can arrange an exchange.
All claims for returns and
exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges
are limited to current stock on hand.
WARRANTY
- Goods distributed by DeVille Cycles are warranted only to the extent of
the original manufacturer’s warranties, if any, and DeVille Cycles shall
have no obligation with respect to any claims or obligations arising as a
result of any such warranties. DeVille Cycles
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, WARRANTIES IMPLIED UNDER THE LAW SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. DeVille Cycles will not be liable for any special, consequential,
or incidental damages. DeVille Cycles liability for all claims whatsoever
shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

GOVERNING LAWS - This agreement and transaction shall be governed by the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the venue for any dispute shall be
Lehigh County, PA.
